DESCRIPTION
This stunningly renovated apartment is a dream come true! Super-spacious rooms meet elegance in this sunny home on the fifth floor with open southern views. The owner took extra special care in renovating this apartment and it shows in the details from the built-ins to moldings, to the refinished floor. Beauty is in the details, such as the Venetian plaster ceiling that reflects shadows when lit.

When first walking in you are immediately greeted by the exceptional storage space! Four large closets just in the entry area and a gigantic walk-in closet in master bedroom allow space for all your treasured belongings.

The gracious living room is an amazing space to relax and as you can tell there is plenty of space for a dining room in the back.

The master bedroom is king-sized with plenty of space for dressers and the like. There is also custom lighting depending on your mood. Don't forget the huge walk-in closet. You can never have enough shoes!

The upgraded windowed kitchen features a stunning speckled black granite counter-top. Not to mention a dishwasher and double door stainless steel fridge.

The second bedroom is perfect as a home office as a guest room.
