Seeking individual for room in quiet, clean, air-conditioned, 19th century walk-up apartment in rear of building away from street. Sunlit/moonlit window enables views of wild birds, tree, rooftops, bridge and stars. This room is for one person.

Room furnishings included love seat, desk-sized wood table, wood secretary desk with shelves, metal shelving unit, lights, mirrors, pictures, houseplants, loft bed, futon, pillow, bed linens, blanket, and curtain.

Two closets are reserved for your use. One of them has double clothes racks.

In addition to the two closets reserved for your use, there is a considerable amount of storage space in this room. If you have a lot of belongings, you can measure and weigh them to see if you may bring them into this room. You can bring up to 120lbs and 30cubic feet total maximum of things into my apartment.  

We share the chef's kitchen, which is furnished with stove, sink, stainless steel pots, iron skillet, wooden cutting board, dishes, cups and utensils. There is a mini-fridge reserved for your use.

We share the bathroom, which is furnished with shower, toilet, sink, clock and mirrors.

$995.mo includes use of aforementioned rooms and furnishings; heat and hot water; electricity; natural/organic shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, toothpaste, hand/body/shaving soap, and laundry soap; household cleansing powder, bi-weekly plant care and housekeeping; and weekly laundering of bed linens and towels. $995. + $995. security deposit is required at the same time to reserve the room. There is no broker's fee.

The apartment is conveniently located within 1.5 blocks of Citi bikes, subway, buses, taxis, grocery store, 24 hour deli, laundry, coffee shops, restaurants, bars, banks, and post office. There are several libraries, parks - and a gravel running track nearby. It's easy and quick to get to Union Square.
