DESCRIPTION
NOTE: Two other girls live here and they prefer a female who has no pets. One of the girls has a dog who is trained. 4/20 friendly!

Looking for someone to take over my lease ASAP - Sept 30th. Ideally, May 1st works best for me.

The apartment building is quite new! It has the the following:

High ceilings
Hardwood floors
Stainless steel kitchen
Eat-in kitchen
Video intercom
Central A/C
Washer/dryer in unit
HUGE private backyard
Access to roof (chill space)

*Utilities are extra. It will be about $50-$60 depending how you use the electricity.*

In my room: double-sized bed, desk/chair, bookshelf & dresser. The room can definitely fit a queen-sized bed and dresser. Decent closet space!

The neighborhood is quite busy and highly convenient! There are stores up and down Knickerbocker Ave and a huge park (Maria Hernandez Park) nearby. There is a 24/7 supermarket one block away and the Jefferson L train is 2 blocks away from the apartment. I work in Midtown (34th St) and it takes me about 25 mins to get to work every day! :)
