DESCRIPTION
Looking for a Subleter/New Roommate (No credit check or lease application) in a gorgeous 3 bedroom apartment.

The room will be available starting March 1st.

$1225 month & 1 month Security Deposit @ move in

Located in a very well kept pre war building on Fort Washington Ave at 170th St. It's a really great quiet and safe tree lined block (one of the best in the neighborhood) on the Columbia University Medical Center Campus. 1.5 blocks to the 168th street station entrance where you can catch the A train (3 stops/12 minutes to Columbus Circle-4 stops/15 minutes to Times Square-5 stops/18 minutes to Penn Station) C train, and 1 train. It is also well connected by regular MTA buses and express buses including the M4, M2, M3, M5, M100, and M101. Note- The C train ends at 168 and the A train runs local past 168. Grocery Store on the corner, very large and very cheap amazing produce stand down the block, local farmers market/street fair 2 blocks away 3 days a week, and it's just off the water so next to the Hudson River Greenway and Fort Washington Park where there are bike paths and fishing with a little beach.

We have an elevator, live in super, laundry in bldg, hardwood floors, dishwasher, high speed internet, 10 ft. ceilings, thick plaster walls so you'll never hear the neighbor, lots of light, and is a true 3 bedroom with big living room.

This bedroom is quite large and is fully furnished / move in ready with a Queen size bed, bedding, 2 dressers, mirror, and night stand.. There is a spacious closet with hangers provided and extra storage space.

Huge Living Room with Dining Room Table for if you want to entertain.
There are also 2 air mattresses and extra pillows and blankets for if you have guests.
AC too so it will be comfortable in the summer.

Kitchen is great for if you want to cook. It will be rare that you find yourself bumping into us in there. We have a new gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Also, toaster oven/convection oven, food processer, and pressure cooker.
Fully stocked with dishware, silverware, cups and mugs, tupperware, pots and pans, a ton of Utensils/Cooking Gadgets.

Bathroom has a huge Cast Iron Tub that even Kareem Abdul Jabbar could stretch out it! Hot water fast and never runs out + Strong Water Pressure.

We are two young professionals... Both drama free and down to earth so it is important that our roomie be the same.
You must be reliable, responsible, and have a steady source of income. That being said we are looking for someone who is fun and enjoys life.
Between being out most of the time, thick sound proof plaster walls, and tons of natural light...The apartment is usually very tranquil and serene.
While we enjoy coming home to a reasonably clean apartment we are far from caring about it being picture perfect at all times. Just looking for someone adult enough to clean up after themselves and be respectful with pitching in.
Essentially this will be your apartment too and we will treat you like an equal roommate. There will not be anyone here watching you telling you what you can do or can't do.

If you are interested please respond with a description of yourself (what you do, your schedule, personality) and I can send you more info and tell you about us to see if its a good fit.
