To move in you will need
-first month rent
-security deposit (1 month)
-brokers fee (1 month)

You will be on a 12 MONTH lease WITH your roommates and you will need to be approved like you would any apartment lease, be ready to provide a tax return, paystubs, bank statement, proof of employment, ID etc.

***All applicants must earn 40X the rent (around 25​​k minimum yearly income) and credit score minimum of 650!!***

WE ACCEPT GUARANTORS!! (guarantors need to earn 80x rent and credit minimum of 650)
