We have a nice, bright room for rent in a large 2-bedroom apartment on the 12th floor. The unit has a private balcony which overlooks the neighborhood.Because of the high-floor all of the windows get a TON of natural light.

The livingroom is large enough for a large sectional sofa and a dining table and even a few bookcases. The kitchen is nice and has a lot of storage and full-size appliances. There's also extra closet space in the hallway. There's laundry in the building for extra convenience.

Rent is $1,250  **All utilities included** (yes - electric!)

Move in fees:- $50 Application Fee- 1 Month Security Deposit- NO BROKER FEE

The landlord requires that all occupants make an annual salary that is 40x the monthly rent for your room.
