LISTING IS FOR A ROOM TO RENT / ROOMMATE IN A 2 BEDROOM APARTMENT.
We are a couple looking to fill our extra room with a mellow mature room-mate. My fiance is a professional barber and I am a professional performer, needless to say, we work a non traditional schedule. As much as we love a good night out, we try to keep all shenanigans to a minimum in the house and are hoping to find someone who understands and respects the space. We aren't necessarily looking for a new best friend but we are super down to chill after a days work with a glass of wine and a good laugh.
Our place: We are not located in a huge complex, instead the front door from the street leads straight up a flight of stairs to our generously sized living space including the kitchen, bathroom and dinning area. a second flight of stairs makes it's way to the bedrooms that are across from one another. Yours faces over the roofs below so you hear less street noise and get great light.
The Room: Comes partially furnished with a new full size memory foam bed, side table and a good size closet with a few organizers. You are more than welcome to add to the furnishings with your own things, making your new room feel as comfy as possible. Utilities are included.
Location: our place is located just off the G train at Classon Ave. Close to the B38 and B48. There is a plethora of great restaurants and bars in the area, especially if you walk west into Clinton Hill. Some of our favorite spots in the area include Chilos, Mekelburg, Stone Fruit and Eva Jeans.
