DESCRIPTION
If you've ever wanted to live in the charming Greenwich Village, right off Washington Square Park, now's your chance!

I'm looking for one subletter to move in this January, the move in date is flexible. The apartment is available until June 2018 and there's an option for renewal past June if all goes well. This apartment is on Sullivan St, a neighbor to MacDougal but far quieter. There's ample subway access, with the A/C/E/B/D/F/M lines less than 5 minutes walk away and the 6 line less than 10 min. The space has many windows and high ceilings and gets lots of natural light.

The apartment is in a classic, clean, walk-up building with wide, marble steps. The landlord is very responsive. The apartment is on the 6th floor and has two bedrooms, a kitchen with plenty of cabinets, and a separated bathroom (one room for the shower/sink and one for the toilet). The room currently has a full size bed and wall storage units, all for sale. The room also has access to a fire-escape with a beautiful view. The rent is $1350/month, not including utilities (but utilities are very cheap, usually $50 per person, per month).

I am a recently graduated woman working in the music industry. I'm looking for an employed, tidy woman to share my space with. Please provide LinkedIn/Facebook (if possible) when emailing with inquiries. Thanks in advance for reaching out!
