DESCRIPTION
Two females, late 20's working professionals and one very cute mellow dog, signed on to this AMAZING four bedroom share with roof access and laundry. Located on Franklin Ave. By the A/C/2/3/4/5 trains as well as tons of restaurants, bars, coffee shops and grocery stores. Short walk to Botanical Gardens and Prospect Park, Grand Army Plaza.
All bedrooms can fit full to queen bed, have windows and closets. Each room is for single person occupancy only. Small pets may be considered If you have a pet please upload a picture with your response.
Room prices $875 and $900 (prices based on room size. All rooms fit full and up to Queen bed).
You will choose your own roommates and must all meet and agree to want to live together before signing the lease.
This is for 11/1 move in move in. All applicants will be on one lease. Must pass credit check with credit of at least 675 and income of at least $30k annual income or a guarantor that meets the same requirements.

Off the east side of Prospect Park in Central Brooklyn lies the
diverse and lively neighborhood of Crown Heights. Mostly
residential, this neighborhood also boasts a vibrant nightlife and
restaurant scene that makes the area popular with young adults.
Crown Heights began its life a bit later than most Brooklyn
neighborhoods, becoming a residential area only after the
revolutionary war. However, once it got going in the early 1800's,
it quickly became a haven for secondary homes of the wealthy King's
County elite. This popularity only increased when train lines were
extended to the area in the late 1800's.
While many of those older Victorian homes are still around,
brownstone row houses were built in the early 1900's to thrust the
area into the modern day. Around the 1950's Crown Heights began to
see an influx of diversity with large populations of black and
immigrant communities moving into the neighborhood.
