This is a great space for a work from home professional who needs a dedicated office space (or someone looking for an extra room). Able to set up 1 bedroom with a queen bed and the other with a desk as need be. The kitchen and living room are both partially shared by me, the owner.
The house is located in the Damonte Ranch neighborhood. Walmart, Safeway, Smith's, Home Depot are all within 5 min drive. It is 30 min drive to Mt Rose the local ski resort also a good hiking spot in the summer.

The apartment is a unit offered at a monthly price of $1,200. The manager specfically mentions dogs are allowed but strangely has not mentioned cats. It may be an oversight or the building may really not allow cats. We recommend inquiring about the specifics of the pet policy.. The kitchen conveniently includes a dishwasher.
