Rental History: When filling out the application, please enter a valid phone number AND email address for your current landlord. It may also help speed up the application process if the tenant ledger for your current home is attached to the application. If the rental history portion, or any portion, of the application is not filled out fully, the application process may be delayed.
We require proof of renter's insurance upon move in. You may acquire that through us for $13/mo or you may upload the policy to the tenant portal the day of move in or sooner. If a separate policy is not uploaded, we will automatically add the insurance we work with.
Pets: 2 pet max. $200 nonrefundable pet deposit. $20/mo per pet. 60lbs weight limit and certain breed restrictions
