This Spanish Revival house is located an 8-minute walk from downtown Pacific Grove. This is a perfect home for a family reunion or for several couples vacationing together. Situated on a quarter acre and set back from the street, it has a large, enclosed dog and child-friendly backyard and parking for several cars.
The elegant living room, decorated in rich earthen tones, features hardwood floors. A wall of windows lines one end of the living room and provides access to a small balcony overlooking the back yard.

The apartment is a unit offered at a monthly price of $8,278. The manager specfically mentions dogs are allowed but strangely has not mentioned cats. It may be an oversight or the building may really not allow cats. We recommend inquiring about the specifics of the pet policy.. The kitchen conveniently includes a dishwasher.
