They don't bring friends over currently due to Covid. Utilities will be split as well as any cleaning supplies needed from time to time.
Local Areas:
Plenty of bars, restaurants and outdoor spaces to enjoy during the summer. Supermarkets, laundry and cafes less than 10 mins away. Quite area and great neighbors.
