A stackable washer/dryer is located in the kitchen and the large TV in living room is a Roku TV where you can log-in to your favorite apps.
Outside:
Step out the front door, walk about 10 feet and you will find the gate access to a completely fenced in side yard. 2 parking spots directly out front make parking easy during your longer stay.

The apartment is a unit offered at a monthly price of $4,100. The manager specfically mentions dogs are allowed but strangely has not mentioned cats. It may be an oversight or the building may really not allow cats. We recommend inquiring about the specifics of the pet policy..
