Anyone aged 18 or above who will be residing at the property must apply. You will also be required to provide a copy of a valid form of identification and proof of income. Please note the following: (1) we will check your credit report; possible causes for denial will be: items in collections, charge offs and past due payments. (2) we will check for any past evictions; (3) we will verify your employment, if applicable; (4) your personal income must be sufficient and verifiable and meet the gross monthly income requirement of 2 ½ to 3 times the rental rate to be considered. (5) we will verify your previous landlord references and check for: Proper notice to vacate given, Any NSF checks or late payments, Outstanding debt owed and Lease violations. The apartment is a unit offered at a monthly price of $2,500. The manager specfically mentions dogs are allowed but strangely has not mentioned cats. It may be an oversight or the building may really not allow cats. We recommend inquiring about the specifics of the pet policy.. The kitchen conveniently includes a dishwasher.
