Screening Criteria: Verified income of 3x monthly rent, a credit score of 700 or higher (or above 670 with verified income of 3.5x monthly rent), no open bankruptcies, no past landlord-tenant disputes with judgment in favor of the landlord, no evictions in the last 7 years.
(Applicants who do not meet these criteria may be accepted on a case-by-case basis with a qualifying Cosigner/Guarantor or an increased deposit.)
We do not accept Comprehensive Reusable Tenant Screening Reports as defined by and pursuant to RCW 59.18.
