3. Unsatisfactory Credit history or below 600 score, can be grounds for denial
5. If you are Self Employed, provide copies of the last 2 most recent tax returns..
6. Any past evictions, negative rental history, past due utilities or blemished criminal record can be grounds for denial.

The apartment is a unit offered at a monthly price of $2,500. The manager specfically mentions dogs are allowed but strangely has not mentioned cats. It may be an oversight or the building may really not allow cats. We recommend inquiring about the specifics of the pet policy..
