Hello all!
This place is sooo nice! I've been living in the building for two years and absolutely love the apartment and neighborhood.
This is a two-bedroom elevator apartment with a private balcony and tons of amazing sunlight!
The building is located in Bed-Stuy. Amazing roof with sick views, gym, elevator, laundry in the building, individual heat and air conditioning units in your rooms, hardwood floors, private balcony and mailroom! There is no application fee.
Both rooms are pretty spacious and can fit a queen-sized bed and the bigger room can fit a king. The rooms are 8.4X14.5 and has a balcony, the second room is 8.5X10.5 Closets are small but there is enough space in the room and apartment to add more storage space.
Cross streets Nostrand and Kosciuszko right on top of the Bed/Nos G train and not too far from Fulton A/C!
