DESCRIPTION
This " EXTRA" deep TWO BEDROOM + DEN boasts TWO " FULL " MARBLE BATHROOMS and an OUTDOOR BALCONY approximately 4x5 that easily accommodates 2 chairs and a small table . A Wow Townhouse ( approx. 20 x60ft deep) rental indeed at a super price-point for this top location. The contemporary look is appealing and this delightful Custom KITCHEN has " TWO " Window's and plenty of room ! ! This is a prime BOERUM HILL, BOCOCA location on the cusp of everything you could possibly want , multiple subway lines, and super cafes on both Smith, Court Street and Atlantic Ave ! The block is awesome and across the street from a well known organic juice and coffee shop ( BLUE BOTTLE). This is a rare vacancy as the folks are being transferred across country. I think its the perfect cocktail....the apartment rocks with that extra room and extra bathroom ; the location, price point , super neighbors and owner . December 1 vacancy. The renter pays heat and hot water here and there is an additional water bill that averages approximately another 75 bucks per month . Owner will take a good , small well trained pet ( cat or dog ). 86 DEAN ST is quite the find !

BOERUM HILL
Hip yet peaceful, Boerum Hill is a popular neighborhood where
families and young professionals go to shop, eat, and live.
Surrounded by Cobble Hill, Park Slope, and Fort Greene, this
neighborhood is in the heart of the action.
Most of Boerum's colonial life was spent as the farmland and
estate of the Boerum family. However, as Brooklyn expanded, the
family soon had to sell their property to make homes for people.
Row houses replaced the farmland between the 1840's and 70's.
Boerum Hill was largely a working class neighborhood, many
people commuting to the industrial neighborhoods of Brooklyn as
well as the Navy Yard. Even after the Navy Yard cut jobs and
factories closed, the people of the neighborhood were able to stay
strong and afford their homes, even through the Great Depression
and the recession of the 1970's.
During the 1990's, homes that were formerly boarding houses
started being purchased as private property as streets were listed
