You will have to see it to believe it, but we used Patagonian Rosewood, an exotic hardwood that is usually only seen in expensive homes and this floor totally transformed the condo into a very warm and rich feel.

The entire condo has been professionally painted with designer "Pottery Barn" colors. A very relaxing and soothing color scheme that goes well with the new kitchen and floors. The condo has newer light fixtures, including eight recessed lights in the living room to give it again a modern look and functionality. There is an entire glass wall of sliders that goes out onto your personal balcony. This is a great space to grill and have easy accessible outdoor living area. It also provides a ton of natural light to make this a very sunny condo.

The open layout of this unit will fit any size living room furniture or tv size. Lots of options for setting this room up from sectionals to even a separate office space. There are ceiling fans in both the dining area and bedroom.  The bedroom has an entire wall devoted to closets and the living room has a walk-in storage/closet area that is a real bonus.

The bathroom has also been updated as well.  There is a newer 50" granite vanity countertop. The re-glazed tub and tile surround are blinding white and newer. The location of this condo is another plus. You are two miles from the Buckland Hills mall area where you can find popular restaurants and endless shopping options. There are excellent rated schools and nearby parks.  It's very convenient to get to I-84 and 291 which are both about 6 minutes away.
