This is a beautiful home that much love and energy has gone into and we hope to find people to match it. A brand new AC went in last week, pool remodeled this year, as well as all of the flooring. We only use all natural cleaning products and it is very safe, fun and comfortable. With a private pool, fenced in private pool area and fireplace, this place is a perfect rental in Summerlin. Lots of nice shopping and restaurants close by, as well as private access to the communities amenities including a really awesome LAGOON BEACH PARK. It comes fully loaded with two king beds, towels, a fully stocked kitchen, office with desk, washer and dryer, gas grill, two car garage/shop and lots of fun furniture throughout property. It's right next to a few small lakes with nice restaurants as well. I'm looking for a year lease and I'll consider a small dog. We will take care of the lawns and we have a good pool guy for you to use.
