Master Bedroom also includes a TV with a firestick and to additional dressers. The Master Bathroom Suite is attached to the Master Bedroom and includes a large walk in shower and walk in closet.

The property has a large, very old gorgeous oak tree on the back of the property where it can viewed and enjoyed from your private deck.  On the deck there is seating and also table/chairs for your outdoor dining needs.  Down the stairs off the deck, you will find a patio with a propane grill and a firepit for your outdoor entertaining needs. Spacious yard is completely fenced in to keep children and pets safe.  

Hardwoods have been sanded, stained and freshly sealed in Sept.2023 along with all walls and kitchen cabinets had a fresh coat of paint at the same time. Home as always is professionally deep cleaned and maintained and treated by the pest control company quarterly and when needed which is included in the rent.  

Lease terms are preferred for 30 days, month to month or 3-6 months. Weekly and Yearly leases can be discussed.
