Weight limits are based on current and/or projected full grown weight of the animal. Final approval given by management.
If you have a bit of flexibility with your move in time, and are interested in our two bedroom apartment home, then you will need to get placed onto the waiting list. You will do this by filling out an application to go through the approval process. Please note that anyone 18 years of age or older will need to fill out an application, as they are required to be a leaseholder.

Your apartment home includes a range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a washer dryer hook up. The home also offers plenty of storage/closet space (coat closet, linen closet and a large sliding double door closet in the hallway off from your bedroom).
