Greetings folks,

We are a group of young people looking for some new awesome roommates.

Our location: 18-steps-away from the Flushing ave M / J train station. We're only 25 mins away from Washington Square Park.
The rooms / building: There are 3 huge apartments in our 3 story building. Each apartment has 2 full bathrooms, 1 big kitchen and a huge living room with plenty of common area where roommates co-work & hang out together.

The available individual rooms each has a cute & secure lofted bed, prices ranging from $700 - $900 (Wifi, electricity, heat, hot water included). Month to month, long term lease not required!

The people: We are a friendly bunch of young professionals and college students who come from New York & many different corners of the world. We have all realized the importance of having meaningful social connection when living in this big and sometimes lonely city. We love to share food and chat with each other about our day, we sometimes work out and go on long meditative walks together. We proof read each other's dissertations, we listen to each other ranting about love life, office life & school life. We give each other career advices, we nerd out together about various subjects, etc. We have found our tribe at this apartment and we will welcome you with open arms to this big happy family!

Get in touch with us, we would love to show you our apartment!

Those looking to rent in this neighborhood can expect to find their home on beautifully tree-lined, brownstone filled streets.
