Walmart is within 4 miles as well. We are conveniently located in Beaumont ISD. Students on property may attend Homer Drive Elementary School, MLK Middle School or Beaumont United High School. Our Charter School "Bob Hope" is right across from our community. We are also located 10 miles from Lamar University.
The interior of our apartment is modern, yet warm and inviting. Unit interiors have silver fixtures, stainless steel sinks and white or black appliances. The white faux-wood blinds create a beautiful, stylish backdrop for your belongings and ceiling fans in every room. Your living room is spacious that may have a wood burning fireplace with a patio door that leads either to a private patio, or open patio with a storage closet large enough to hold a full-size washer/dryer. The bedroom will stay cool with beautiful ceiling fans and a window in each bedroom to let in plenty of natural light. You will find to your liking, a spacious walk-in closet. The bathroom will fit all your personal needs.
Our two bedrooms/two baths come in two sizes of living area 800sq ft and a 900sq ft. They both come with a gourmet type kitchen equipped with either white or black appliances (microwave not included) and plenty of cabinets space to store all your cooking essentials that flow into your dining area; large enough to fit a dining table. Both apartments have spacious living room areas with the 900sq ft that may come with a wood burning fireplace. With the 800sq ft your bedrooms are wall to wall with walk in closets. The storage closet is located on the outside of your unit, which fits a full-size washer and dryer. For the 900sq ft the bedrooms are located on each end of the apartment with your laundry room on the inside of the apartment.
You may also feel free to decorate your patio area with patio furniture and plants to make this your home.
Our community offers excellent maintenance. Put in a work order early enough and it will be done the day you call. We also offer after hours emergency maintenance. Our maintenance staff will get right to you!
Our community has uncovered parking with plenty of spaces to park by your apartment.
Our beautiful sparkling pool is located behind the office for you to come enjoy at your leisure; soak up some sun, take a swim or just to read a book. The pool is open all year round for your relaxing time.
