DESCRIPTION
I have a room that just opened up in my apartment in Bedford Stuyvesant near the Myrtle-Willoughby / Bedford-Nostrand G train. There are 3 rooms altogether. Your room can fit a Queen-size bed. The light is not amazing as it faces another apartment, but the closet storage and room size makes up for it. Prefer no pets, but could welcome a furry friend if it was the right fit! Utilities are Conedison for electric and National Grid for hot water / gas - about $50-75 per month. The roommates: two 30 year-olds working full-time who aren't SUPER into partying but also will drink wine / 420 friendly. Super respectful of space and noise. Looking for the same. Message me if you're interested! Available ASAP / December 1.

Those looking to rent in this neighborhood can expect to find their home on beautifully tree-lined, brownstone filled streets.

The other half of the name, Bedford, comes from one of the first major colonies in New Amsterdam. While Bedford was a major settlement, Stuyvesant Heights was largely farmland, and that was the relationship between the two settlements until after the Revolutionary…
