KITCHEN: new luxury vinyl floor, faux marble countertops, upgraded Moen faucet, larger double bowl sink, garbage disposal, dish washer, mounted microwave to save countertop space and clean white refrigerator.

BEDROOM'S updated colors, new vinyl blinds, light fixtures, satin nickel door hardware and double shelving units in each closet for maximum clothing storage

HALLWAYS – 1 average size closed with 6 shelves and 1 very large walk in closet with 8 large shelves.
