DESCRIPTION
BRIGHT, SPACIOUS 2BR APT NEXT TO PARK IN WASHINGTON HEIGHTS, WALKING DISTANCE TO COLUMBIA MEDICAL CENTER

Our home is located in Upper Manhattan, in a clean pre-war building in a family-friendly neighborhood, right next to J. Hood Wright Park. Through large windows facing the park it gets a lot of natural light but very little noise from street traffic. It is in walking distance to A train and only minutes away from New York-Presbytarian/Columbia University Irving Medical Center. There are stores, farmers` markets and playgrounds nearby.

The apartment was fully renovated 2 years ago, got new kitchen amenities, such as stainless steel appliances, a microwave, a dishwasher, cherry wood cabinets and granite counter tops. The kitchen also has a dining area. The bathroom was also renovated with floor to ceiling tiles. The apartment has a large, very bright but not hot living room and two cozy bedrooms with hardwood floors and two big closets.

There is laundry in the basement of the building and we have a very kind live-in super. Heat and hot water is included in the rental fee, internet (wired) and gas are for extra charge. Pets up to 25 lbs are also allowed.

The apartment is comfortable and spacious, ideal for a family with (a) child(ren) or for a couple / friends who want an extra guest room or office space. It can be rented with or without furniture.

RENTHOP DESCRIPTION
The apartment is a unit offered at a monthly price of $2,560. The manager specfically mentions dogs are allowed but strangely has not mentioned cats. It may be an oversight or the building may really not allow cats. We recommend inquiring about the specifics of the pet policy.. This is a No Fee apartment, meaning the manager or agent should not ask you for a broker fee (there may still be deposits and other move-in fees paid to the landlord).
