1 bedroom in a beautiful, bright 2 bedroom apartment available for rent asap! I am looking for a female approximately aged 25-35 to sublet until my lease is up, with the option to renew in May. My current roommate is awesome... quiet, clean, works 7-5 M-F.
The bedroom is spacious (approx. 15x10) with three tall windows and a (real) closet. The shared space is fully furnished and kitchen fully stocked (though there is plenty of room for you to bring your own things). Bedroom can be rented furnished until May. Located directly above the 2/3, and a 4 minute walk to Atlantic Avenue/Barclays Center where you can pick up the 4/5, B, D, N, Q, R. Tons of restaurants are literally steps from the front door!

PARK SLOPE
On the west side of Prospect Park, wedged between Prospect
Heights and Gowanus, lies Park Slope, the chill neighborhood
beloved by young professionals and artists. This quiet neighborhood
is full of fun bars, restaurants, and unique stores, all of which
make living here a lot of fun.
Park Slope started out its life as many New York neighborhoods
did: as farmland. However, this farmland would soon see trouble, as
it was where the majority of The Battle of Long Island was fought
during the American Revolution. After the war, Park Slope would
remain farmland until roughly 1839, when the Brooklyn grid system
was drawn up. Farmers sold their land to the new city of Brooklyn
and row houses were soon built.
Park Slope was slow to develop since the area was hard to get to
in the 1800's. The neighborhood itself didn't see much construction
