Roommate wanted Private room with shared bath - Property Id: 1005320
Hi everyone! I'm looking for a second roommate to fill the third bedroom in my house. I'm asking $950 for rent plus a $100 utility fee for gas, electric, internet, etc.
The house is fully furnished minus the open bedroom that has a wardrobe and dresser that are available for use. The kitchen has updated appliances (in the last 5 years or so). The bathrooms were also all updated in the last 5 years. All living spaces are shared. The main floor has a nice tv and the basement has a projector set up for movies and a table for board games.
My roommate Harrison and I both have dogs so any additional dogs would have to be well trained and would have to get along with both Gus and Bristol (pictured last).
My main priority is to find someone who will get along well with Harrison and I as well as someone who is prepared to communicate with us and be direct. Feel free to message me and we can set up a time to meet up and get to know each other.
