DESCRIPTION
Looking for someone to sublet my room in a beautiful loft located perfectly in Soho. The apartment has two floors and a roof. When you walk into the apartment you're greeted by an open design kitchen and living room, with a 12 foot wide projector screen and surround sound. The room in question is on the second floor, one of two rooms separated from the rest of the apartment by a vestibule. The apartment is fully furnished and decorated. Fully functioning washer and dryer on the first floor. Large windows, as well as a sky light on the second floor. Very fun roof with flowers and outdoor furniture.

The room offered here has worked very well for me the last year. Nice windows for natural light, open closet. Will leave the major furniture there.

The three men living there now I have known for many years and have been excellent, excellent roommates, as well as diligent students at NYU. Please message if you're interested in living in a New York sitcom for a few months.

Pictured are the first floor (kitchen, living room, washer/dryer), second floor (open spaced sitting area), bedroom and bathroom, and roof.

During the early and mid 1800's SoHo began constructing cast iron buildings in order to reduce the risk of fires, which had become common in the city. The buildings allowed for large windows and apartments. The wealthy elites of Manhattan called this place home until the invention of Modern Steel, which allowed for the development of skyscrapers. The rich, seeking modern luxuries, moved to…
