DESCRIPTION
Subletting one air conditioned bedroom in a Bushwick apartment from May 28-June 28. One block from the Wilson L Train, and walking distance to the JMZ at Myrtle. Room is furnished with a bed and dresser.
There's a big television in the room if you want to watch tv. Pet friendly (we've got a cat named Zippo). There's a bigger t.v. in the shared space. We have one other roommate, a film editor who's not home much.
Backyard access, and a park ten minutes away walking distance. Right near Father Knows Best and The Bushwick Taco Company.

BUSHWICK
Surrounded by Williamsburg, Bedford-Stuyvesant, Ridgewood
Queens, East New York and Brownsville, Bushwick is a trendy area
beloved by artists and young professionals. With a hopping
nightlife and some great restaurants, it's no wonder why people
love this neighborhood.
Some of the roads traversed by hipsters and artists on their
bikes today are trails cut by Native Americans. Taken over by the
Dutch, the land became food and tobacco farms, and then
transitioned into an industrial hotspot in the 1800's.
The factories of Bushwick primarily produced sugar, oil, and
various chemicals. These factories brought many immigrants,
especially German ones, to the neighborhood. These immigrants
opened many breweries and Bushwick was soon named as the "beer
capital of the Northeast."
During the late 1800's, Bushwick garnered more of an Italian
population as well, though industry still dominated the
neighborhood until after WWII, when many of the factories…
