DESCRIPTION

Great studio nestled in East Village. High ceilings, two windows, kitchen is separate from the living area, which is nice. Cat and dog friendly, building has an elevator and guarantors are accepted if need be. Water and sewer are included in the rent, only utilities you would be responsible for are electric and gas. I loved living here and it's a great place, I just am moving and unfortunately need to break my lease. Earliest move in date is February 1st, and the lease would extend until July 31st. You would of course be able to resign after that were you to decide to stay. Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions!
