With 72 spacious 2-bed 1/1.5-bath apartments, you get the peacefulness of a smaller complex with the comforts of professional property management. Convenient to I-74, Ronald Reagan Highway, grocery stores, and public transportation. The open-concept apartment includes a living room, dining area, walk-out patio/balcony, and kitchen with all major appliances including dishwasher.
Security deposit is equal to the monthly rent. Residents are responsible for electric and water utilities. All of our locations are now accepting pets. There are some restrictions and I can provide you with those if you do have a pet. Pets will have an extra $25 per month fee per pet - limit 2 - and require a $200 Pet Deposit.
