Looking for a young, male or female (preferably student) to take over half of the lease of this beautiful apartment. I am a student at FIDM and need a roommate for this beautiful place! Two bedroom, two bath with an open living and dining area. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances and looks brand new. Also, dog and cat friendly. I have a small dog and would prefer any other pets to be other smaller dogs (under 25 lbs). Building is a restored bank right in downtown LA that has a 24 hour doorman. Also, huge courtyard for dogs and large rooftop area with lounges. Also, a 24 hour gym is included with rental.  Laundry is in the building but shared.
