Guests share the outside space with neighbors but the entire inside is private and only for their own use. The downtown area which is a block away has a small grocery store, restaurants and shops. It's great for walking around and Sims park is gorgeous and by the water; it's only a 5 min walk. The home is super close to everything including shopping, hospital and the beach. Please be aware that the prices for June and July will be higher due to seasonal rates.
