My husband and I are leaving Brooklyn and looking for someone to sublet our apartment from December 7th to February 11th unfurnished.
The rent for the unit is $3,725 which we are discounting to $3,500 for an unfurnished let for the sublease period.
The unit can be made available furnished for the 2 month sublease period for an additional fee.
NO BROKER FEE OR INITIAL APPLICATION FEE
Minimum commitment of 2 months (through Feb 11th) after that you would then have the opportunity to sign a new lease with building Management.

Amenities, including a roof deck with incredible city views and grills, and gym with Peloton bikes are paid for until the end of the sublease in February.

Fun Facts and History of DUMBO

DUMBO started out as a neighborhood in Brooklyn known as Olympia. In the late 1700's, private landowners purchased much of modern day DUMBO and turned it into Summer homes for wealthy Manhattanites. While this dream never really took off, DUMBO was a popular port neighborhood for those traveling from Manhattan to Brooklyn.

Factories began popping up around the mid 1800's and DUMBO became a place of industry for the next few decades. DUMBO was known for innovation as well, especially in 1890 when the cardboard box was invented there. DUMBO would remain largely industrial, even after World War II.
