DESCRIPTION
One Month Broker Fee Trust me; you should see this spacious, recently renovated, Park Slope, two bedroom apartment before it's off the market. You'll love the apartment's hardwood floors throughout. The apartment features tons of prewar detail to add to the charm. You will find crown moldings, tin roofs in the kitchen and high ceilings in the main bedrooms accompanied with original built in wooden shutters. Once shutters are tucked away the large windows allow in lots of bright light to cheer up your day. The in-unit laundry is a big time-saver located in the basement, which allows extra storage space. For eating in, the kitchen includes an island. It has a dishwasher and stainless steel appliances. There is space in the kitchen for a dining room table. Both bedrooms are large, you should have no problem fitting a king plus furniture and a desk. It's rare in NYC, at this price range, to find a building that's loved by tenants. This building is exactly that. The full
