Description
Large studio apartment available in a professional and media/arts oriented building. Unfurnished. This space faces east for ample sunlight. Double-paned glass windows make heating and cooling the space very efficient and affordable. Several cafes, restaurants, 24-hour organic food stores, and parks are all nearby and the building features spectacular rooftop views. The building is occasionally home to art shows, workshops, rehearsals, and film events, but overall we are a quiet environment for working artists and professionals.

This space has 11 foot ceilings, refinished hardwood floors, and Verizon FiOS 150/150 Broadband Internet. Plumbing and electrical service is all new and dedicated hot water heaters are in each space. On three floors there are over 50 studios, ranging in size from 200-900 sq.ft. We are located two blocks from the Morgan Ave L train stop (15 min. to Union Square) and you would be sharing a secure card key access door system with other verified residents.

There is coin-operated laundry on site, a freight elevator that opens onto the street, and access to a 15,000 sq.ft. rooftop. The plumbing and electricity are all new, and utilities are billed based on each unit's individual usage. We like to think that we've taken the place a few steps farther than a lot of the other lofts that are available in the area. There's a real good community in the building and residents are committed to making it a better place to be. Please keep in mind that building management does not permit motor-bikes in your space, parties, music rehearsal, or pet dogs of any kind.
