DESCRIPTION
Close proximity to the best this wonderful neighborhood has to offer: transportation, shopping, dining, daycare, the Brooklyn Museum, Grand Army Plaza's Green Market, Prospect Park's natural beauty and bicycle paths. The well-laid out floor plan and generous ceiling height give it a lofty feel that is sun-drenched from two exposures. The bedroom can fit a queen size bed and features a nice wall-to-wall closet. This wonderful blend of the old, with original moldings, hardwood floors, and a decorative fireplace creates a welcoming home.Pets on approval.
