-- Four men, two students and two professionals. We place a premium on courtesy toward one another and communication, respecting privacy, and that this is a shared living space we should all be able to enjoy and keep clean. :)
-- Available most weeknights, Friday afternoon and evening, and all weekend for viewings.
-- The landlord company are good people, well organized! They're very responsive to any issues we've had, with a maintenance ticketing system on their website providing for helpful, same-day responses and fixes.
