I am a real estate agent and I am putting together 3 young professionals and/or students to be on a 12 month lease in a beautiful 3 Bedroom/1 full bath apartment.

*All applicants must earn 40X the rent (earn 40k-46k annual income) and have a minimum credit score of 650
Guarantors/Co-singers are accepted (guarantors need to earn 80x the rent and have a minimum credit score of 670)
To move in you will need:
-First month's rent
-One month broker fee (equals one month rent)
-$20 application fee for credit/background check

You will be on a 12 MONTH lease and you will need to be approved like you would any apartment lease, be ready to provide a tax return, paystubs, bank statement, proof of employment, ID etc. NOTE: You will only be responsible for your share of the rent
