PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION
This price is for a ROOM RENTAL in a THREE BEDROOM apartment. Please don't call me asking to help find you an apartment, I'm simply renting a room.
Ideally female. Looking for a quiet clean person. This is a family environment-mom dad and baby. No overnight guests. No pets- we have a kitten and likely a small dog in the future. Wifi included. Washer, dryer in unit and dishwasher in kitchen.
We'd like to know a little about the person before we invite them for a showing. Please do not send the generic rent hop email. Anyone who does will not receive a response. If you can email first that would be great!
