We are looking for a roommate to sublet 1 bedroom starting ASAP, for the remainder of our 1 year lease ending July 31, 2021.

The apartment is a 4 bed, 2 full bath apartment on the top floor in an elevator building in South Washington Heights.

We are looking for someone who is clean, picks up after themselves, takes responsibility, and is open to the arts. Pets are welcome on a case by case basis. We are an LGBTQIA+ and 420 friendly apartment.

There is a washer/dryer in the unit. the apartment has a large kitchen and living room. The 1 train stops across the street at 157th and the C is a few blocks away at 155th.

The available bedroom overlooks Broadway. Great views of the sunset and the GW bridge.

Up front moving cost is $962.50 (security) + 962.50 (1st month). ConED and Spectrum are shared evenly and average ~ $50/month.
