The backyard is completely fenced in so it is a very secure place for kids to play.  There is a 2 bedroom basement apartment that is NOT included with this listing and not connected through the house.  It has a completely separate entrance around the back of the house.  I also rent the basement apartment and offer a discount when rented with the main house.  This apartment has two bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, and a movie theater room.
