One room can fit a full bed and a tv comfortably while the other one can fit a queen sized bed and plenty of other furniture it also has two large windows (picture not included). Both rooms have closets. This apartment is located two blocks from three different supermarkets, laundry, so many food options and nightlife. The place is in a beautiful building that also has exposed brick, an intercom and high ceilings. The block is covered with trees and right next to an elementary school. It's also a quick walk to City College or to the hudson! There is no brokers fee for this apartment. Please have good credit or a guarantor with good credit and proof of continuous income.
