The building is newly renovated with brand new appliances/furnishings and in a 3 floor walk-up with respectful neighbors. There is a washer, dryer, dishwasher all in-unit and high water pressure! The bathroom is shared with a roommate - a 31 year old female investor.
The apartment is located in the center of it all! A few blocks away from McCarren Park, a ton of amazing coffee shops/restaurants, and a block away from the L-Lorimer stop!
