DESCRIPTION
Looking for a subleaser for an immediate move in BUT move in date is flexible. I have a GORGEOUS room available in a two bed 2 bath apartment in East Harlem. Both rooms are available in this unit, please dm about the other listing! Our apartment is in the most perfect location; right next to COSTCO, Target, Marshalls, Applebees, Planet Fitness, Aldi, and more (the view from the parking lot roof is to die for btw). We are also right next to a beautiful walking path on the east river. The room comfortably fits a full sized bed, but definitely has capabilities for larger! I currently can comfortably fit a full bed, large night stand, shelves and (very) large dresser. Room also has a closet.

Unit amenities:
stainless steel appliances

washer and dryer
large living room and dining room areas
Private entrance from other tenants (bc ground floor)
