Cats Only:  Pet policy allows up to 2 animals in the apartment. Each animal will be required to be fully vaccinated. A copy of vaccinations are to be provided to management before the animal may live on the property. Each animal moving into the home will be required to have a 1x nonrefundable pet fee of $250 per animal along with a monthly pet rent fee of $50/month per animal that will be living in the home. Animals must be at least 2years old. If you have any further questions any questions in regard to the size of an animal, please contact us to discuss.
