What are you looking for in a tenant?
I am moving out of the city for the remainder of my company's WFH period, will return when I need to come back to the office for work. Rent is negotiable, please reach out if interested.
What do you love about this place?
This is a full floor LOFT, with 2brs, in a classic Soho cast iron building in the heart of the neighborhood. With south and west exposures, its flooded with natural light and has great views downtown. Your friends will be wow'd!
What isn't so great about this place?
It's a walk up on the 5th floor.

South of Houston Street, which is where the neighborhood gets
its name, SoHo is the hip neighborhood that people love to frequent
for shopping and culinary adventures. Located just west of Little
Italy and Nolita, this is the neighborhood to be if you want to
feel like a New York icon.
During the era of Dutch colonialism, SoHo was the site of the
first free Black settlement in Manhattan. The land would remain
largely rural until the draining of the Collect Pond due to
pollution. Soon after, Broadway and Canal street were paved and
people began to come in droves.
During the early and mid 1800's SoHo began constructing cast
iron buildings in order to reduce the risk of fires, which had
become common in the city. The buildings allowed for large windows
and apartments. The wealthy elites of Manhattan called this place
home until the invention of Modern Steel, which allowed for the
